  Was able to book last minute with a Groupon voucher for my graduation. Kylie styled my hair perfectly with a friendly service even though I was pushed for time. Would definitely recommend.

  A little expensive for a simple trim cut. $55.
  
  Yet you can not fault the most excellent service of EVERYONE on staff. The shop it always clean and neat. From the friendly tea and tidy lady, Mia, ensuring I have all the refreshments I need, to the owner Pia and her smiling, glowing, happiness. She actually listens to her customers. Gives great advice but certainly not pushy in hair product sales. I did take her advice on one visit and spent over a hundred dollars just on shampoo and conditioner....well worth every cent. She was completely right. Just a drop goes a long way with decent products.
  
  Thank you!! My extremely long hair was saved. Never do they cut without making sure I am aware of every step.
  
  After two years of this I went in and said... Chop it Savanah, I'm finally ready! Between our awesome chats, she made sure I really was comfortable with my new length. Between a couple of years of decent cuts and products. My hair is so gloriously soft, comfortable and I wear it down a lot more.
  
  Worth every cent....

  I was asked to explain what I wanted to happen with my hair in the salon. I asked that all my hair was to be lighter and toned. Was told $65 fee extra for toner which I was happy to pay for best results. Paid for a full head of foil voucher but had to ask stylist half way set in foils to please complete the full head of foils as pre purchased. I also repeated that I did not want any dark pieces left in between the hi_lights. Because the added foils were put in late and did not set properly the toner did not achieve any ashy results and I have brassy undertones. If I was told that lightening all dark pieces by weaving into hi lighted foils could not be achieved I would have gone to a different stylist. The stylist was a lovely young woman. Hair just left not how I'd hoped. Salon manager has been contacted and not offered to fix. Had to have hair tonered again at another salon 2 days later.

  Wonderful service. Clean. Organused. A professional hair dressing experience. Savannah was friendly and talented and pampered me beautifully. Impressed and happy customer.

  Can't say enough about Essential Glamour. Pia , Kylie, savvy and Cas are amazing at what they do. I walk in looking like something the cat dragged in and walk out looking amazing, from nails to make up classes to hair these girls do it all. They are always up for a chat and create an atmosphere that makes you feel like you have known them and other clients forever. Fantastic products and knowledge and beyond reasonable pricing they will make you feel like a king or queen once finished with you. Also giving back to underprivileged people and holding galas to raise funds for teaching less fortunate people a trade which will help them seek employment in a third world country.
  Can't say enough. You haven't had a hair raising experience until you have been to the salon. So get going!

  The team down at Essential Glamour hair studio are a group of ladies that understand how to make you feel special and give you some time out from your day to day routine.
  
  I couldn't have been more happy with my last appointment with Pia, Kylie and the girls ... thank you ladies for your dedication to your craft.
  
  Get down to Essential glamour for service that is second to none not to mention their coffee is absolutely to die for.

  I came in a new customer with a big request; go from blonde back to my natural colour. I was a bit nervous about it but the second I walked in I felt relaxed. The staff were so lovely and made me feel so welcome. They listened to me and were patient with my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the result! My hair looks amazing!
