  My last 2 visits (about 3 weeks apart) both have been pretty ordinary.
  First visit - the staff in plumbing was very resourceful and helped with what i wanted.
  However the service at the register (served by Ryan) was cold, unfriendly, unwelcome And simply unprofessional. Was talking on the phone while serving. I was surprised that the same cold staff was sounding more friendly and welcoming of a customer behind me. Not sure if Ryan found that customer's race more important.
  Second visit today (01.08.17) was even worse. Staff at the tools section just pointed me to aisle and the location, I would've expected that the staff attempted to take you to the shelves not that i ask for.
  At the checkout, I was served again by the same unfriendly staff (Ryan). Atleast this time he said hello when i approached the counter. Despite the last visit, gave the benefit of the doubt and initiated a conversation, but recieved the same cold and choppy responses. This time he entertained another customer coming through the front door and sorting out their *issue* of some sort all the while i was at the counter. No apologies from him to tending to another customer atleast i didn't hear anything. The loudest word uttered by Ryan was the amount due. Everything else was either choppy or inaudible mumbling.
  Surely Bunnings Mt Gravatt have processes in place to train their staff regularly on customer service and etiquette.
  3 strikes and will be out.
